On Wednesday, July 18, the Goloseevskiy District Court of Kiev had a conflict between the journalist Gromadsky Igor Burdyga and the representative of the nationalist organization C14 Eugene Karassem. This is reported by Gromadske.
In court on the case of dispersal of the Gypsy camp on Bald Mountain in Kiev, they chose the preventive measure against one of the C14 coordinators, Sergei Mazur, who was sentenced under house arrest for two months.
The journalist Gromadsky, who covered this topic for several months, was in court on an editorial assignment. After the trial, the journalist was surrounded by representatives of the C14, and its leader Eugene Karas gave the journalist a slap in the face. There was a clash in which representatives of the police intervened.
Reportedly, this incident was preceded by a conflict with C14 in social networks - the journalist used obscene language in one of his posts, for which he received a reprimand. He is suspended from work.
Let's note, after the court session representatives of С14 brought rubbish from the Bald Mountain to the building of the Goloseevsky District Police Department.
