According to them, all the passengers from the canceled flights were collected in Zhuliany, but from here the Tunisian flights were also canceled. It is alleged that some tour operators, in particular TUI, do not contact, ignore all calls and phone calls.
"At night 22. 06, when we were already on the road, our travel agent sent a message that the flight was postponed to 22. 06, 21-30. At 7 am, the representative of Bravo Airways in Zhulyany said that the flight was originally scheduled for 21-30, and all the claims we must show to our tour operator (in the evening it turned out that this is an ordinary lie), "said Victoria and Natalia, noting that they had to at your own expense to rent a hotel room.
When they returned to the airport in the evening, they found about 70 people from all over Ukraine. This time representatives of Bravo Airways said that the flight will be carried out by another company, but when and where it will fly, it is not known. People raised a scandal and began to demand guidance.
"About 20-30 there was a representative of Bravo Airways and said that all flights are transferred to 24. 06 at 17-00. Until then, all nonresident will be accommodated in the hotel. But you can cancel the tour and get 100% compensation. As for the return from Tunisia, then no one can give any guarantees. In Bravo Airways they said that they will try to find something, but, judging by everything, it will be as difficult to return from there as it is to fly there, "noted Victoria and Natalia.
They complain that they are now sitting in a Kiev hotel and are waiting for something that is not clear. And according to the latest information, representatives of Bravo Airways stopped contacting.
At the reception of the hotel, where the tourists were accommodated, they said that the promised food was canceled. Who will pay for the stay in the hotel is also unknown.
