During the trial, the accused fully admitted his guilt in the commission of the crime and asked the court to release her from serving the sentence with the establishment of a probationary period.

The public prosecutor, taking into account the circumstances of the case, the gravity of the committed crime provided for. 2 items. 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as the person of the accused, asked the court to appoint him a penalty in the form of real imprisonment for a period of two years.

However, the court of first instance issued a decision condemning the perpetrator to the restriction of freedom for a period of two years.

After examining the court decision, the local prosecutor's office will decide whether it is possible to appeal the verdict to the Appeals Court of Kiev.
