According to him, representatives of the Savings Bank of Russia tried to seize the shopping center.

"On June 1, around 21:00 in Kiev (Prospect Academician Glushkov, 13-in), unknown people in balaclava with weapons-like objects, tried to break into the Magellan SEC. As it became known from the police, "titles" hired representatives of the Savings Bank of Russia, which illegally formalized the ownership of part of the retail space in the shopping center Magellan ", - wrote Loshakov.

He added that the entrances to the SEC were blocked by cars, "titles" threatened visitors and employees of the tenants of the SEC. The hypermarket Auchan, located in Magellan, did not open.

According to the lawyer, "titles" go to tenants and require to renegotiate contracts with them.
