Problems with the heat supply in the capital will not be, said the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko on Monday, March 5. According to him, the Moscow authorities properly prepared for the heating season, taking into account all the risks.

Klitschko stressed that all social facilities receive full heat. The educational process in Kiev is not stopped - there are kindergartens, schools and higher educational institutions.

"There are no problems with heat supply in the capital today. We have enough fuel oil reserves. Now we use it in proportion to gas 70/30. So far, we have not received any decisions from NAK Naftogaz on a 100 per cent transition to gas. But I want to assure the people of Kiev that we have enough fuel oil. It will last at least 2 weeks. And, if there is no severe frost, this will be enough to supply heat in full to all the objects and residential buildings of the city, "- said the Mayor.

Recall that in Kiev on March 5 weather forecasters do not promise significant rainfall.
