As reported on Monday, February 19, the press service of the city's prosecutor's office, on Sunday, at the request of the Kyiv local prosecutor's office N9, the director of the construction company Elita-Center detained for extorting 50 thousand dollars for the investor, was elected a preventive measure in the form of detention for a term of for 60 days. At the same time, the court found him an alternative to the pledge in the amount of UAH 1.3 million.

On the same day, for 60 days, an accomplice of the arrested director of the company, the head of the enterprise "Construction and Investment Company". He was detained immediately after receiving the funds. As an alternative, the court determined for the suspect a pledge in the amount of 140 thousand hryvnia. A measure of restraint to the second person involved in the production of the prosecutor's office will appeal against the part of the pledge.

The prosecutor's office also recalled that the director of the "Elite Center" acted in collusion with the head of the enterprise and demanded from the owner of the apartment in the new building money for the termination of the property dispute on the recognition of ownership of this housing.

Attackers were detained on February 15 in the city of Kiev.
