According to him, the increase in the incidence rate among children. "In general, adults were 5955 compared to 6066 in the previous week, a decrease of 1.9%, children - 13681 versus 11322, an increase of 17.2%. In the structure of morbidity, children constitute 69.8%, in the previous week - 65.1%. Among schoolchildren, there is an increase in the incidence of 25% - 5786 cases, accounting for 42.3% of the total number of children who fell ill (in the previous week 4339 - 38.3%), and 29.5% (from the previous week - 25%) of the total the number of people who applied for medical help, "said Povoroznik.

According to him, in the health care institutions of the city for the past week, 195 people were hospitalized, of them - 134 children. During the week in vaccination rooms of private clinics and public health institutions vaccination against influenza covered 118 people, from the beginning of the epidemic season - 25 783 people, of them - 6455 children.
