It is reported that the majority of measles cases are children - 75 people, all of them are now on temporary quarantine. Cases of death in the course of infection are not recorded.

The first deputy head of KSCA Nikolai Povoroznik claims that in Kiev at an accelerated pace, preventive measures are taken to vaccinate children and adults from measles.

Over the past five days, more than five thousand parents with their children underwent a vaccination procedure. He is sure that there are no reasons for panic, and that no one will abolish schooling and visiting kindergartens. However, this moment remains for the experiencing parents at their own discretion.

As reported in "URA-Inform", at the moment in Ukraine there are 1285 cases of measles. The acute situation with diseases can be traced in large cities - Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa.
