It concerns violations of legislative requirements regarding ethical conduct, prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest. As it was said on the page of NAPK in the social network, an audit was carried out and according to its results a number of violations of the requirements of the law "On the Prevention of Corruption".

In particular, the anti-corruption program of the KSCA was not approved on time, there was no possibility of making reports on corruption through the official site of the body, a decision was made to appoint two people for positions providing for a responsible or particularly responsible position, without conducting a special audit.

In addition, during the audit it was found that the administration did not report 37 facts of non-submission and untimely submission of declarations regarding civil servants who work or worked there.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption Ukraine on October 24, issued an order to the Kiev city head Vitali Klitschko. It concerns violation of the requirements of the legislation on ethical behavior, prevention and settlement of a conflict of interests.
