The incident was reported in the Department of Communications of the National Police in Kiev.

According to law enforcers, the Eternal fire was flooded with cement and put a cross on this night, November 19. At the moment, the police are working on the spot, which is looking for intruders.

It is worth adding that on November 7, the Eternal Flame in Kiev was also flooded with cement. Then about the desecration of the monument to the police was informed by a passer-by who saw that the Eternal Fire is flooded with cement.

Later on the incident, the capital's police opened criminal proceedings on h. 3 items. 297 ("Abusive grave, other burial place or over the body of the deceased") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
