NAPK suspect subordinate Klitschko in violation

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPK) was instructed to violate anti-corruption laws by subordinate mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko. This was reported by the press service of the department on Friday, November 17.

"The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption introduced an order to violate the requirements of the law on ethical conduct, prevent and resolve conflicts of interest, other violations of the law by the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko," the press service said..



The department specified that "it is a violation of the requirements of part one of Article 36 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption by Sergey Krasyuk, the head of the Department for Prevention and Identification of Corruption of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council, who did not transfer his corporate rights to the management of another person within 30 days after the appointment to the post ".

NAPC demands to conduct an official investigation and bring the guilty person to justice.

Earlier in the NAPK, the top 10 categories of subjects of declaring were named, in relation to which the full checks of electronic declarations began.
