Igor Vladimirovich, you and your team have been creating the face of a new, modern Kyiv for more than 17 years. What kind of Atypical Kyiv is Igor Nikonov?.
First, this word has a positive meaning for me. Secondly, atypical is the new Kiev, which differs from what was built earlier and is a city that gives a completely new - comfortable living environment. It is very important for me that any project that we do, please the users and give them reason to be proud of their choice. And it's not just words: in the infrastructure of each of our projects we invest a lot of money and, most importantly, we really do it. Moreover, we do simultaneously with the project, and not later.
What objects of modern architecture do you like most of all?.
I'm afraid to seem immodest, but in every segment of the real estate market I like those objects that were built by KAN Development or with its participation (laughs). For example, among the shopping centers I think the best is OceanPlaza, from business centers - IQ. In the segment of business-class housing and above, there are many good projects, and our TetrisHall is one of the best among them, which proves, in particular, many of the awards won by him. In the segment of comfort, the "Comfort Town" has become a landmark, it is already a peculiar business card of the city. Probably everyone who flew over Kiev could not help but pay attention to the cheerful color quarter. This and other our projects are very often filmed by various people, making a video about Kiev.

Let's put myself in the buyer's place and explain what would be the most important for me. The first is, of course, the location. Second - the availability of amenities for life, because we preach the following: tomorrow a person will go less and less to work, because megacities are expanding, and communication opportunities are increasing. The need to go to the office will decrease every year, a huge number of businesses can already do just at home, on remote access. So our task as a developer is to create an environment in which a person will be comfortable to exist without leaving his own area. If we completely simplify the idea, then we aspire to ensure that a person can fully live in a convenient environment, without using a car.
In the central regions it is not so easy to create an infrastructure.
This is true, but we try to create it in every object. In each of our LCDs there is a kindergarten, sports grounds or sports clubs, recreation areas and t.
Will such a project in the second phase of TetrisHall, which you started to implement?.
Certainly. This complex is a very modern project, I believe that it has already become the landmark of Kiev in the person of the realized first stage. Moreover, in which city of the world it is not put, it will look good there. But apart from the fact that the Tetris building is very stylish and beautiful, the whole project as a whole is also very functional. In the second stage, an infrastructure is created, which in principle should be in any modern LCD, and even more: a full-fledged kindergarten for 110 children, children's and sports grounds, a gym, a huge beautiful lounge with a fireplace, a library, partyrooms, a barbecue area and even a 20- meter pool on the roof. We will organize all the services that make life easier and make it comfortable, from the concierge service to the laundry. I would say that our LCD is much like a five-star hotel. Nothing like this was in Kiev yet.
Operated roofs are now becoming very popular. What will be on yours?.
Literally everything: swimming pool, bar, recreation area, a place for barbecue, a park, a cinema, yoga and t. The park will be protected from wind by a glass wall, so it will be comfortable all year round for plants and people. Although, of course, we selected the plants taking into account our climatic conditions. In the second stage of TetrisHall there will be two houses that will connect the glass bridge between them - it is not only the most complicated engineering solution, but also an architectural feature of the project.
Who will have access to all these benefits?.
Only residents of TetrisHall and their guests. After all, the purpose of creating such an infrastructure is to rally tenants and make their life comfortable. As I have said many times, the task of our team is to revive the spirit of good-neighborliness in people, to encourage them to communicate and actively spend their time. We, on our part, create all conditions for this concept to live and develop. In each of our residential projects, there is now a team responsible for organizing leisure activities for LCD residents, whether it's morning yoga or evening viewing of thematic films.
As far as I know, in the lobby of TetrisHall you organize thematic musical evenings? What kind of format is this and what are its goals?.
It is very important for me not just to build a building, but to create a community. Thematic evenings for residents of the house - this is just one way of uniting people. We invited the best jazz musician of Ukraine (however, in my opinion, not only Ukraine) Alexei Kogan and arranged an evening of jazz in TetrisHall. The purpose of this event is not to lure new customers in this way, but to introduce neighbors and residents of our complex. After all, the theme of good-neighborliness is a priority in the policy of our company.
Have you already started selling in the second stage of TetrisHall?.
Yes, they have already started and quite successfully. Buyers can personally see the example of the first stage, make sure of the high quality of construction, understand how responsible KAN is approaching its work. TetrisHall is a very cool project and I can say with confidence that my children there will definitely live, what can be the best proof? !!.
