Pechersky court in Kiev took into custody the former judge of the Kirov court of the Dnieper Natalia Ovcharenko with an alternative to a pledge of 5 million hryvnia. Such a decision the court took on Saturday, September 23, at the request of the prosecutor's office, reports Censor. Ovcharenko said that she does not have money to deposit a mortgage. According to her, after her dismissal she remained without means of subsistence. For retirement by age, it comes out only after a year. Also Ovcharenko could not explain where from the office of the SAP head appeared 50 thousand US dollars.

She claims that it was Kholodnitsky who demanded a bribe, and she did not have that kind of money. Recall that the Prosecutor General's Office and the SBU detained two judges who offered Kholodnitsky a bribe of $ 300 thousand. The chairman of the Kirov district court of the Dnieper and the judge of this court were detained after transferring the first part of the bribe in the amount of $ 50 thousand. They offered Holodnitsky money for closing with respect to the judge of the criminal case.
