In Kiev, alcohol will no longer be sold in MAFah. The corresponding decision was made on Thursday, September 14, at a meeting of the Kyiv City Council. For the adoption of a decision of the respective project, 98 deputies voted with a minimum of 61 votes. The decision assumes withdrawal from sale of any alcoholic drinks (low-alcoholic or strong).

As the secretary of the Kyiv city council Vladimir Prokopiv stated, the owners of licenses for the sale of alcohol in the MAFs will be able to finalize until the end of the validity period of these permits. As you know, this is the second attempt of the Kyiv city council to prohibit the trade in hot drinks in MAFs. The first was made in March last year. Then the ban on the sale of alcohol in IAFs was supported by 75 deputies of the Kyiv City Council. However, later the court canceled the ban on the sale of alcohol in kiosks.
