Rescuers have determined that the fire has already covered about four hectares of area. As the press service of the State Emergency Service informs, the grass floor has caught fire near Brovarsky Avenue after three o'clock in the afternoon.

To the place of fire immediately rescuers were sent from the nearest fire and rescue units. Upon the arrival of the first fire and rescue units, it was established that the grass cover was burning.

Now eight units of basic and special equipment and 47 personnel are fighting with fire.
