Part of the trading rows near the Lesnaya metro station were demolished by the executive services of the Desniansky district by a court decision. This was stated by the first deputy director of the Department of Urban Improvement and Conservation of Natural Environment Taras Panchiy, reported on the website of the mayor of Kiev. "None of the structural subdivision of the Kyiv City State Administration: neither the Department of Urban Improvement, nor the Kyiv Administration, took part in this dismantling," Panchiy. He explained that the situation with the given territory caused a big collision: the land plot on which illegal temporary constructions are located was rented and, accordingly, the tenant paid the rent for it. "Tenant filed a lawsuit to release the land from illegally installed MAFov.

The court, in turn, issued a decision on the dismantling of temporary structures, which took place today, "said Panchiy. In addition, according to the Department of Land Resources, the use of this land was not for its intended purpose. In 2004, the territory was provided for the construction of a shopping center, and in fact it developed its activities illegally installed temporary structures without the corresponding contributions to the city budget. Earlier, it was reported that in Kiev at night the market in Lesnoy was taken down by bulldozers.
