Movement on the overpass at the intersection of Prospekt Pobedy with Daniil Shcherbakovsky Street will be restored in September. This was announced by the Mayor of Kiev Vitali Klichko during the inspection of works on the reconstruction of the transport hub on Friday, June 16.

"The overpass, built in 1984, was already in a pre-emergency state, because since then it has never been repaired at all. Today's reconstruction will expand the bridge and open three lanes for exit and two for entering the city. Another additional band will be at the lower level, "the mayor's press service quotes the KSCA.

According to Klitschko, the length of the reconstructed site is 1 km 50 m, and work at the junction continues from April. The cost of reconstruction of the facility is 202 million hryvnia.
