The report says that today the decision came into force, by which the court ordered the Kyiv City Council to cancel decisions from 22. 09. 2016 No. 19/1023 "On restricting the sale of alcoholic, low-alcohol beverages and beer to stationary trade objects in. Kiev ».
It is noted that the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 22. 09. 2016 No. 19/1023 is recognized as such that it contradicts the conditions of competition and limits the independence of enterprises.
Thus, from now on, the sale of alcoholic beverages at night will be available in Kiev.
