The decision of the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the appeal of the Kyiv city council against the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv of April 10, which the Kyiv city council ordered to stop the violation of the antimonopoly legislation and lift the ban on alcohol trade at night.

"Kyiv City Council must cancel its decision to ban the sale of alcoholic beverages after 23. 00 in the city of Kiev. We, in the Kiev district administration of the AMC, have always considered it illegal and today the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeals confirmed our position, "- wrote the head of the Kiev regional branch of the AMCU Alexei Khmelnitsky on his Facebook page.

Recall that the prohibition of the night sale of alcohol in September last year supported 86 deputies of the Kyiv city council.
