How to remotely make an appointment at PFU.

The PFU noted that Ukrainians can make an appointment at the service center using the mobile application “Pension Fund of Ukraine”. To do this you need to follow these steps:.

Log in to the “Pension Fund of Ukraine” application, authorize in any convenient way (qualified electronic signature (CES), “Diya. Signature" GOV. UA).

At the bottom of the screen, click on the “To PFU” tab.

In the menu that opens, select the “Make an appointment” service.

Click on the line “Make an appointment” in the new field.

Select from the list the parameters for making an appointment, namely: PFU authority; service center; topic and date of reception, and click “Download schedule”.

From the proposed options, select a convenient day and time to visit the service center and click the “Confirm appointment” button.

After processing the request, information about the appointment will be displayed in the “Make an Appointment” / “My Appointment” section.

The coupon can be downloaded to your phone by clicking the “Save coupon” button.
