People's Deputy from the Batkivshchyna faction, member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Vadim Ivchenko, said that next month the parliament will consider a bill to limit the rights of people who evade mobilization. In an interview with the YouTube channel “Superposition”, he stated that the same restrictions are being considered against this category of people as against those who do not pay child support..

" They don't want to. Those who are mobilized, in most cases they just run home, sit and do nothing. But at the same time, they somehow need to eat food. They order food through Glovo, so they can impose sanctions, including restrictions on the use of credit cards, restrictions on the use of bank cards, restrictions on travel, restrictions on this and that, and so on,” he says..

According to him, decisions that relate to restrictions on rights and freedoms are difficult to pass in parliament. He added that the proposals of the Ministry of Defense will be meticulously considered by each faction..

When asked what stage the discussions on restrictions are at, the deputy replied that they are being discussed in the National Security Committee. According to him, the texts of the bills have already been written.

“Consultations are being conducted with parliamentary factions about what to do, firstly, with the SZCh workers. People who actually fled after mobilization. And what to do with draft dodgers who are just hiding.

And there were proposals to actually limit them in the same way as “alimony”, that is, to impose at least the same restrictions on those citizens who do not pay for their children. Therefore, these are not final, let’s say, not decisions, but they are at the final stage. I think that in March these laws will be considered both in the Committee and in the Verkhovna Rada,” says the deputy.

Previously, the lawyer explained when the accounts of a person liable for military service can be seized if a fine from the TCC is not paid.
