The expert explained that the need to carry printouts of military registration documents existed at the beginning of martial law and formally remains. At the same time, in practice the situation looks different.
“Currently, if a person can present to the police officers who accompany TCC employees upon notification, at least identification documents, surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, identification code, then TCC employees can receive information from the Oberig registry by telephone, which they do constantly,” Ukhov said.
The lawyer emphasized that even in the absence of a paper certificate or the Reserve+ application, but if there are legal grounds (postponement or reservation), the person most likely will not be detained or taken to the TCC.
" That is, if a person does not carry a printout of the specified document with him, if he does not have the “Reserve+” application, but he has a reservation or deferment, nothing will change for this person,” he said.
Ukhov added that the Oberig system already contains a large amount of information, which is constantly updated from various registers. Therefore, for most citizens, the principle of operation of the TCC and checks will remain the same.
The expert recommends that all those liable for military service check their data in electronic registers.

The lawyer noted that if such information is not in the electronic system, then paper documents will not be the basis for confirming the right to a deferment or exemption from mobilization:.
