The military registration document in the Reserve+ application is now considered the main one, although paper versions remain valid. According to the head of the Digital Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Artem Romanyukov, the government’s decision defines the electronic form as a priority, while all previously issued paper documents remain valid.

Romanyukov explained that citizens can continue to use paper documents if it is more convenient for them. At the same time, all new military registration documents will be issued electronically.

You can create an electronic document directly in the Reserve+ application with one click on the screen. If the application does not exist, it can be generated through the “Diya” portal. It is also possible to obtain a document in printed form through territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS), using the register of those liable for military service.

The electronic document is generated on the basis of data from the register of persons liable for military service and is not subject to falsification or loss, since it is always stored in the system and linked to the citizen’s data from the Oberig register.. For the convenience of users who do not want to install the application, it is possible to print an electronic version of the document.

Let us remind you that Ukraine has denied information about its readiness to create a buffer zone in Donbass. Presidential Advisor Dmitry Lytvyn said that no decisions regarding the demilitarized zone in Donbass were made, and only theoretical models were discussed.
