What will change in the registration of deferment from November 1.
The department noted that the Cabinet of Ministers has changed the rules for processing deferments from mobilization.
“As of November 1, an automatic extension of the deferment will begin, and you can apply for it on your smartphone through Reserve+ or at the Central Administrative Office.
The Ministry of Digital Development added that if all the data for deferment is in the registers, the system will continue it automatically - without repeated applications and queues at the TCC.
“This applies, in particular, to people with disabilities, parents of many children, students, scientists and other categories defined by Government Decree No. 560,” the statement says..
The department also added that nine types of deferments are already available in the Reserve+ application.
“Users receive a digital document with a QR code, which can be shown simply from the phone or printed - both options have the same legal force,” noted the Ministry of Digital Development.
How to apply for a deferment through the Central Administrative Service.
The department explained that for those who cannot use a smartphone or whose type of deferment has not yet been added to “Reserve+”, an application can be submitted to the Central Administrative Service.
" TsPAU is only the place where the application is submitted, and the decision on deferment is made by the TCC. The applicant will receive the result by e-mail or directly to the Central Administrative Office,"
