How to obtain an IDP certificate online.

To obtain an IDP certificate online, you should take the following steps:.

Confirm your location by sharing your geolocation;

If you have a child and the birth certificate is in the application, you can get a certificate for him too. If there are no children or certificate, you should click “Register without children”;

You can immediately apply for financial assistance from the state. To do this, select \;

Select an ePidtrimka card to deposit funds. If you don't have this card, you need to apply for one.;

Check that all information in the application is correct and click “Submit”.

The department noted that in order to receive an IDP certificate, the application must display a taxpayer card and one of the passports: ID card or foreign biometric passport.

“To generate a certificate, data from biometric documents is needed, so if such information is not available, the application will have to be submitted offline,” the message says.

To obtain a certificate offline you need:.

choose the nearest social protection body, executive body of village, town or city councils or central administrative authority. Centers for the provision of administrative services where this can be done are located at the link;

prepare all the necessary documents and take them with you;

choose a bank card for payments or order a new one from any bank;

visit the social security department or the Central Administrative Service and apply for assistance.

The Ministry of Regional Development noted that usually an IDP certificate with a signature and seal is issued on the same day.

“However, if your documents do not contain a mark indicating the registration of your place of residence in the territory from which you were evacuated, consideration of the application may take up to 15 working days,” the message says..

What documents are needed to obtain an IDP certificate?.

To obtain an IDP certificate, you must have the following documents:.

application for registration of an internally displaced person (online or on paper);

passport of a citizen of Ukraine;

if the registration is not indicated in the passport, it is worth providing another document in confirmation. This may be a military ID, work book, medical or other documents that confirm the fact of residence in the relevant territory.

If the application is submitted by a legal representative, you must additionally provide:.

identification document of the legal representative;

a document confirming the person’s authority as a legal representative (or family relationship between the child and the applicant);

child's birth certificate.
