Who should submit an application repeatedly for the subsidy for the heating season.

Apply for a subsidy for housing and communal services should:.

persons who first draw up a subsidy;

persons who were refused to appoint a housing subsidy for an unheated period due to the availability of debts, the lack of income and the like;

If there are changes in the household;

internally displaced persons who receive a subsidy in rented housing;

persons who are registered, but do not live in the room for which a subsidy is issued.

An application for a subsidy can be submitted at any time. But it must be borne in mind that if the application is submitted within two months from the beginning of the heating season, the housing subsidy will be prescribed from the beginning of this season.
