Then the bilateral, and then the tripartite, and Putin will agree to this " I must agree, because if one of the parties does not want to end this war, then America will react. We want the end of this war and clearly demonstrate it. So, now there should be a step from the Russian side, ”Zelensky emphasized.

The head of state also added that the Ukrainian side, together with European allies, seeks to hold such negotiations in the neutral countries of Europe, in particular in Switzerland or Austria.
