Today, the Ukrainian government approved the first package of measures to support the front -line regions on behalf of the President. According to Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko, a program for 238 communities in 10 regions is currently being developed, which covers 6.6 million Ukrainians, of which 3.7 million are vulnerable groups.
The basis of the program was five key priorities:.
Available housing: under the єosel program, the state compensates for 70% of the first mortgage contribution for internally displaced persons and residents of the front -line territories, as well as 70% of loan payments in the first year. Additionally, 40 thousand is allocated. UAH for payment of all fees related to the design of a mortgage.
Safety: shelters and protective structures are built in schools, kindergartens, cultural institutions and public spaces.
Support for people: Households will be released 19,400 UAH for solid fuel and compensate for 100 kW of electricity per person monthly. Payment of socially useful work increases by 33%. Administrative fees and state duties are canceled - registration of business and property becomes free. Students of front -line schools are provided with free meals.

Business Support: Agrarias will receive a subsidy of 1000 UAH for each hectare in the combat zones. Grants for gardens and greenhouses are provided - up to 400 thousand. UAH for hectare with compensation up to 80% of expenses. Critically important enterprises will be able to book up to 100% of their military workers.
Healthcare:
medical institutions in rural and remote communities will receive a 20% allowance for providing primary assistance. Also, payment coefficients for emergency medical care will be increased.
Recall that after the next massive shelling of Kyiv, the government decided to launch an additional mechanism that would allow the communities to restore housing damaged as a result of shelling faster. The simplified procedure provides for the possibility of passing the main stages in parallel and the start of work until the end of the examination.
