A copy of the taxpayer card;

A copy of the certificate in the inspection act of the ICEC or a pension certificate, or a certificate confirming the appointment of social assistance;

The declaration of income and property status (except for people to whom social services are provided regardless of income);

Other documents (for example, a copy of a medical report on a child with disabilities under the age of 18).

Within five days after the decision on the provision of social services at the house with the recipient or his legal representative, an agreement is concluded.

The service can be free, paid or partially compensated from the funds of the state or local budgets.
