How to file a complaint against violations during NMT.

In case of violation of the procedure for conducting a multi -story, the participant has the right to submit an appeal application.

The submission of the relevant application is carried out by the testing participant at the Provisional Examination Center (VEP) before leaving it through the person responsible for the center on the day of the exam.

Consideration of applications for violation of the procedure is carried out by regulatory commissions.

“The commission carries out the consideration of the application within three working days, taking into account the day of its receipt,” the report said.

Based on the results of the consideration of the application for violation of the procedure, the regulatory commission makes one of the following decisions:.

refuse to satisfy the application in connection with the failure of the fact of violation of the procedure for the NMT;

Refuse to satisfy the application due to the fact that the revealed violation of the NMT procedure does not affect the objectivity of the result of NMT;

consider the identified violation of the NMT procedure provided for in section VI of this Procedure, affecting the objectivity of the result of NMT.

In the case of such a decision, the regulatory commission also decides:.

submit a petition to the appeal commission to cancel the results of the NMT through the assumption of violation of the NMT procedure against the NMT participant;

admit the NMT participant to pass the NMT during additional sessions in the event of a satisfaction of the appeal commission, a petition for canceling the results of NMT.

“The decision on the refusal based on the results of the consideration of the application for violation of the procedure (in the form of an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the regulatory commission) is sent to the applicant’s email address on the next working day after its adoption,” the report said.

A petition to cancel the results of the NMT through admission regarding the participant in the test of the violation of the NMT procedure is sent to the appellate commission on the next working day after the adoption of the appropriate decision.

The regional center informs the NMT participant on the decision accepted by the appellate commission no later than the next business day after it is received.

Is it possible to appeal the decision of the regulatory commission.

A member of the multi -west may appeal the decision of the regulatory commission based on the results of the consideration of the application for violation of the procedure adopted to it by submitting an application to the appeal of the decision of the regulatory commission to the appeal commission.

Such an application should be sent in electronic form to the email address of the appeal commission no later than 3 working days from the date of sending the decision by the appealed regional center (the date of its submission is the date of sending the incoming letter recorded in the electronic box of the Ukrainian center) and examined within five days.

In the application for appealing the decision of the regulatory commission, it should be indicated:.

surname, name, patronymic (if any) the applicant;

NMT certificate number;

the date of passage of the NMT, the procedure for which is disputed, indicating the change;

Contact phone number;

justification of the reason for the appeal of the decision of the regulatory commission;

The date of the application.

The application for appealing the decision of the regulatory commission must be certified by the personal signature of the NMT participant submitting it and submitted together with a copy of the corresponding extract from the minutes of the meeting of the regulatory commission.

Based on the results of the consideration of the application for appeal of the decision of the regulatory commission, the Appeal Commission makes one of the following decisions:.

satisfy the application and allow the NMT participant before passing the NMT during additional sessions;

refuse to satisfy the application in connection with the failure of the violation of the NMT procedure or due to the fact that the revealed violation of the NMT procedure does not affect the objectivity of the result of NMT.

“Information on the results of the consideration of the application for appeal of the decision of the regulatory commission is sent within five working days from the date of the relevant decision to the NMT participant in the form of an extract from the protocol at the email address,” the report said.

Recall that the Ukrainian center for assessing the quality of education (UTSOKO) said in which countries temporary examination centers (VEP) will be created for the surrender of the NMT.
