PFU explained that in order to undergo identification in video conferencing mode, the pensioner needs to submit an appropriate application (via the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or through the PFU Contact Center).

The pensioner must indicate the email address in the application.

“It is on the e -mail of a pensioner (his legal representative or assistant) that a message will be received about the results of the video identification,” the report said.

PFU added that if the pensioner indicated his individual tax number in the application, information about the passage of identification will also be displayed in the PFO web-portal PFU in the PFUs Web Portal in the section “My Appeals”.
