Specialists of the Southeast Interregional Department of the State Labor Service told what benefits at work are provided for such persons.

So, h. 2 of this article determined that on the day of donation, a person who has expressed a desire to deliver blood and/or components of blood is exempted from work at the enterprise, in the institution, organization, regardless of the form of ownership while maintaining the average earnings at the expense of the owner of the relevant enterprise, institution, organization or authority authorized by him.

“Such a person immediately after each day of the donation of blood and/or blood components is granted a vacation day while maintaining average earnings at the expense of the owner of the relevant enterprise, institution, organization or authorized body. At the request of such a person, this day joins annual leave, ”the report said.

Experts explained that if, in agreement with the management of the enterprise, institution, organization on the day of the gratuitous donation of blood and/or blood components, the donor was involved in the work, he was given another day of rest with the preservation of average earnings. In the case of blood and/or blood components during the period of annual vacation, such a vacation continues for one day.

“The basis for exemption from work, training or service in accordance with this article is a certificate issued by the donor at the place of medical examination or donation of blood and/or blood components in the form and in the manner approved by the central executive body that ensures the formation and implemented state policy in the field of healthcare,” added to Zerzhprazi.

Donors who during the year have been given blood in a total amount equal to two one -time maximum permissible doses, or blood plasma in a total amount equal to four one -time doses prepared by the method of scam, or thrombocytes in two single doses. and 100% of the average salary of the donor, regardless of work experience.

“Such a privilege is provided within a year after the donation of blood and/or blood components in the indicated quantities,” experts summed up.
