The Derzhpratsi noted that the requirements for the operation of elevators, lifts and their components are established by the rules of the device and safe operation of elevators, approved by order of the State Committee of Ukraine for Industrial Safety, Labor Protection and Mining Supervision of 01. 09. 2008 N190 (NPAOP 0. 00-1. 02-08).

“Accordingly, to paragraph 9. 1 section IX NPAOP 0. 00-1. 02-08, in order to ensure the content in good condition and safe operation of the elevators, the enterprise must appoint by order of employees responsible for the organization of maintenance and repair of elevators and the organization of their operation; To appoint electric petriots who are simultaneously responsible persons for their good condition and appoint elevators, ”the report said.

Experts explained that according to paragraph 9. 11. NPAOP 0. 00-1. 02-08 Passenger, cargo and hospital elevators with internal management should be entrusted to elevators.

“Persons not younger than 18 years old who have undergone a medical examination and special training and testing of knowledge of the relevant regulatory legal acts on labor protection can be assigned to the position of elevator. The element of the elevator is not allowed if there is no certified staff (electrician, lifters), ”the report said.

Derzhprazi emphasized that in this case there should be the position of elevator in the staffing.
