The founder and six employees of one of the enterprises of Ukraine were announced suspicion of creating a criminal organization and participating in it, as well as in complicity of the aggressor state (h.. 1, 2 tbsp. 255, h. 4 tbsp. 28 hours. 1 tbsp. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They delivered electrical equipment by companies in the military-industrial complex of Russia, the Office of the Prosecutor General’s office said.

Law enforcement officers note that the owner and commercial director of the enterprise has developed a mechanism for deliveries of products to companies of the military -industrial complex of Russia. They used foreign fake enterprises for this to hide the final recipient of the goods. They also attracted five more employees of their company to the scheme.

It is reported that in 2023 the defendants were put on more than a million dollars of products to the bypassing Russian companies supplying electrical equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is noted that in the framework of the case more than 20 searches were carried out at the places of work and residence of the defendants. As part of the investigative actions, documents, computer equipment and other evidence were seized.
