In TCC, they explained that according to p. 11 tbsp. 23 of the Law “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization”, military -liable men who have a wife with disabilities of the I or II group can receive a deferment from a call upon mobilization.

Confirming document - a marriage certificate and a document that indicates a group and reason for the disability.

The TCC noted that the full list of documents is determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 560.

Also, in some cases, men who have a wife with disabilities of the III group can get the right to delay.

“This is determined by the following, 12 paragraph of the aforementioned article.

This applies to cases when the III group of disability is established as a result of an oncological disease, lack of limb, hand, foot of the leg, one of the even organs. Or if a woman with disabilities suffers from cancer, mental disorder, cerebral paralysis or other paralytic syndromes. In this case, a document confirming the presence of a disease is also attached to the application, ”the report said.
