What documents you need to have for admission to the magistracy.

In Ukraine, in 2025, applicants to the magistracy will submit applications only in electronic form. The exception is persons who cannot register the personal electronic office of the incoming:.

In the case of the provision of documents by foreigners and stateless persons, except for persons with a view of permanent residence in Ukraine;

In the case of a foreign document on education;

If the document is submitted on the previously obtained education issued before the introduction of photopolymer technologies for their manufacture;

In the case of submitting an application for receipt before or after the deadlines established by this Procedure, the electronic offices of the incoming;

If it is impossible to register a personal electronic cabinet of the incoming or submit an application in electronic form for other reasons, which is confirmed by the certificate of the selection committee of the Higher Education institution.

Regardless of the form of submitting an application entering the magistracy, it is necessary to have mandatory documents for receipt and previously take care of their availability.

Documents certifying grounds for special conditions for participation in the introductory campaign, information about which is available in state registers.

Color photo up to 1 MB in JPG format with an aspect ratio of 3*4.

It should be noted that higher education institutions in their admission rules can establish an additional list of documents if it is caused by the peculiarities of receipt for a specific specialty or proposal.
