"

The Finnish side strengthened the readiness for response to fuel oil spills, and also plans to get additional information about the emergency.

As we wrote earlier, in the Russian port of Ust-Luga, the Koala tanker under the flag of Antigua and Barbuda, transporting 130,000 tons of fuel oil, failed. The Governor of the Leningrad Region of the Russian Federation Alexander Drozdenko said that on February 9, in the morning, a “technogenic incident” occurred on the ship during the “engine start”, which entailed damage to the machine department.

Anapa beaches are polluted by carcinogens after a fuel oil spill.
