Despite the war that Russia unleashed, Ukrainians can draw up documents such important for each citizen as a foreign passport, ID card and identification code. The State Tax Service told how to get a document certifying registration in the state register of individuals -taxpayers (GRFL) under the child under 14 years of age.

What documents are needed to receive a taxpayer card to a child.

The STS explained that to submit an individual’s account in the form No. 1 DR, which is simultaneously a statement for registration in the GRFL.

“For a young child under 14 years of age. No. 1DR presents one of the parents (adoptive parents, adoptive parents, guardians) or representative by proxy, ”the report said.

The following documents are needed for the submission:.

Birth certificate. If the certificate is not issued in the Ukrainian language, it is necessary to provide a certificate certified in accordance with the law (the original is returned after presentation) and its copy.

The identity document of one of the parents (foster parents, adoptive parents, guardians).

If the parents or one of them at the time of the birth of a child were foreigners or stateless persons, it is necessary to provide a certificate of registration of a person as a citizen of Ukraine (upon presentation is returned).

To confirm the place of residence (location), you can provide: an extract from the register of territorial community, a passport in the form of a book, a temporary certificate of a citizen of Ukraine.

To confirm the status of an internally displaced person (IDP), a certificate of registration of IDS is provided.

Where to submit documents to obtain an identification code for the child.

The STS explained that the documents can be submitted to any controlling authority in person or in electronic form through an e-cabinet or mobile application “My Podatkova”.

“A person’s registration in the GRFL is carried out within 3 working days after applying. A document certifying the registration of a child in the GRFL (taxpayer card) can be issued to one of the parents (adoptive parents, adoptive parents, guardians) or representative by proxy, ”the department summed up.
