The Parliament of Ukraine is preparing to consider the bill on the extension of the deadlines for the passage of the Military-Main Democratic Commission (VVK) for citizens recognized limited to military service. This was announced by a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky at a briefing on February 6.
According to Venislavsky, the decision on the registration of the bill was made after the analysis of the dynamics of the passage of the IHC, statistics and the reasons why a significant part of the limited fitness did not have time to complete the procedure. . Now the Ministry of Defense is trying to resolve this issue by implementing the electronic record system.
According to the deputy, less than half of the persons recognized as limitedly suitable, received a referral to the VVK, and the real passage of the commission was even lower. At the same time, the non -state procedure is a violation of military registration rules and may entail administrative liability.
