On the same day, the employment center shall notify the employer about this in any way of communication, including electronic, as well as local authorities of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the State Tax Service.

The date of termination of the employment contract will be considered the day after submitting the application.

At the same time, there are frequent cases when a person who has reached retirement age wants to quit.
