Due to the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, many Ukrainians were forced to leave their homes and become internally displaced persons (IDP). Persons temporarily placing IDPs are entitled to monetary compensation. But there are times when such compensation can be canceled. In the Kyiv City House, they told when this could happen.

When they can cancel compensation for the placement of IDS.

The Kyiv City State Administration explained that the compensation for the placement of IDS is not assigned or its payment is terminated if:.

the fact of related ties with the IDP placed in the living room has been established;

The receipt of a subsidy for payment of the cost or part of the cost of rental (rent) of the dwelling was issued;

The fact of staying abroad of an internally displaced person for more than 30 calendar days in a row at the date of verification of the right to receive compensation;

received by the Pension Fund of Ukraine from the National Social Service of Ukraine Information about the non -surveillance of more than a month in the living room, at which compensation is provided;

the fact of bringing in an application or an incredible information on the results of the audit was established;

It was established that the IDP made a purchase, received free of charge or acquired on preferential conditions through the social protection authorities/received through charitable organizations, including at the means of international money, a room in a house, a room in a hostel, an apartment (house), except for housing,.
