According to p. 4 section III Decree of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine No. 49-2 of 20. 11. 2023. The Pension Fund body no later than three business days after the decision is made by the recipient/legal representative/assistant by the selected method on the result of the video identification.

In practice, such informing is carried out mainly by e -mail.

In addition, the pensioner who noted his individual tax number in the application, the decision to pass the identification is sent to the Personal Account on the Electronic Services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the section “My Appeals”.
