“At the suggestion of Chief of the General Staff Bargilevich and colleague People’s Deputy Pavlyuk, we will develop and introduce a bill on the responsibility of TCC employees for attempts to mobilize those who are not subject to it or are reserved,” said the People’s Deputy.

Buzhansky noted that the law will also affect employees of the VVK, who, in fact, are trying to pass off sick people as healthy.

He noted that it is unfair for citizens to be held accountable for violating military registration rules, while TCC and VVK employees remain beyond responsibility.
