The demobilization bill has been developed, but it takes another three months to work out the implementation mechanisms. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Gavrilyuk during the hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday, January 10. . Accordingly, the policy in a martial law situation is formed by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff,” Prime Minister Denis Shmygal emphasized.. . . And to be honest, we need three more months for this,” he added.. . . The reason for calling Shmygal to parliament was that the government did not submit a bill on demobilization to the Rada on time. .
