The story about Popelushka is one of the most favorite stories among children. It is most famous for the editions of Charles Perrault, the Brothers Grimm and Giambattista Basili and may have been in the folklore of various peoples for over a thousand years.. In addition, “Popelushka” is the most popular song for the number of theatrical productions in the world, including in Ukraine.

On St. Nicholas Day (for a new style) Odessky TYUG presented the children with a premiere - “Popelushka”. " Revealed by the show, created by the legendary director Volodymyr Naumtsev, head director of the Odessky Young Looker Theater in 1986-2011.

The director of the new show was the Honored Artist of Ukraine Oksana Burlay.

The new performance is the amazing story of a poor girl, how her kind heart and efficiency could transform her servant into a princess.

Hall of letters. Prominent theater artists and theatrical youth appeared on the stage - Honored Artist of Ukraine Valentina Gulchenko (Fairy-Hresna), Honored Artist of Ukraine Valentina Gubska (Queen), distinguished stage master Igor Tiltikov (King), Zlata Skalska (Popelyushka), Sergiy.

All the stench created an atmosphere of fairy tales and chaklunstvo, which did not deprive any of the peepers.

The new production turned out to be stunning, natural and fabulously charming. Amazing costumes, wonderful music, imperfect acting - all this is a sign of the beauty and great mastery of the director and team.

And the holy new premiere ended with a performance from the stage of the theater in front of St. Nicholas himself.
