The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the President of Finland Alexander Stubb signed an agreement on the security sector and the provision of long-term support. This is the 3rd quarter, as Zelensky announced on his Telegram channel.

The good news is that Finland has provided Ukraine with military and financial support, as well as important developments in the political, financial and humanitarian spheres.

I promise to provide long-term military and financial assistance, and also to promote cooperation with Ukraine in the political, financial, humanitarian and sphere of reforms,” Zelensky said.

In addition, Finland will assist Ukraine in upgrading energy facilities, assessing environmental issues and protecting critical infrastructure. Finnish doctors will also provide medical assistance to Ukrainian soldiers.

The goal spans over ten years and is aimed at supporting Ukraine’s efforts towards membership in NATO and the European Union.
