President Volodymyr Zelensky 2nd quarter signed the laws on changing the law for mobilization from 27 to 25 years and on the electronic office of the military conscript, according to reports on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to the law on changing the draft, representatives of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC) are deprived of the right to serve summons to 25-member officials. This law gains rank from the day following the day of its publication.

Varto note that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has already approved bill No. 9281, which transfers the change in the border limit for the transfer of citizens to the military region from 27 to 25 June 30, 2023.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is aware of the need to change the border force so that the arrival of conscripts up to 27 days before the territorial centers will be recruited to additional financial costs, the requirement for medical workers and increased funds for passing military-medical commissions.
