Ukrainian intelligence officer and head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Kirilo Budanov, concluded that Russia will never be able to carry out its plan for the reduction of Ukraine. Budanov insists that the regime of Volodymyr Putin, the dictator of Russia, cannot implement its plans to reduce Ukrainian power, tradition and identity.

In his words, Ukrainians are a strong nation, ready to overcome any difficulties in their path until their freedom and independence.

“The 2024 river will be another fate of our invincible struggle,” said the newspaper, adding that the Ukrainians will strengthen this river, giving a decisive blow to the Russians from the liberation of their native land.

Budanov appealed to all the citizens to recognize this river as a period of active opposition to Russian threats and to show the firmness of those who want to protect the independence of Ukraine.
