The results of a survey conducted by the Kiel Institute of Light Economics revealed that the supply of new aid to Ukraine from foreign countries has changed significantly. Over the course of the 2023 sickle-yellow period, the fate of the world has received assistance, with a rate of approximately 90% equal to the same period in 2022, having reached a historical minimum.

According to the investigation, military support was given by the United States in the amount of 44 billion euros, becoming the largest donor. The next largest was Nimecchina with a contribution of over 17 billion euros.. Other important donors include Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada and Great Britain.

Of the 25 billion euros in military aid announced for the important reform, 43% goes to the USA, and 47% goes to all countries and institutions of the EU at once..

Currently, the European Union is discussing funding for Ukraine in the amount of 50 billion euros for the period 2024-2027, but the decision is based on the uniformity of members.

The decline in aid has become especially relevant, with many donor countries wary of the upcoming elections, which could threaten funding.

An important decision in the United States, which transfers $110 billion in aid to Ukraine, has not yet lost support in the Senate, which poses a threat to Ukraine's further successes in the war.
