Payment for organization of Kherson and Mykolaiv regional administration. To help the affected population in the aftermath of the drive to the Kakhovka HPP, the order was seen by them UAH 564.87 million.
In addition, all those who suffered additionally must pay 6600 UAH to the International Organization for Migration of the United Nations.
